Love Exists

The way people talk about love, you would think it was a mythical creature like Big Foot or the Loch Ness Monster. People have seen them, but the pictures are fuzzy and the descriptions are different. There are so many songs about looking for love and trying to find love that it makes it appear unattainable. The truth is, Love is closer than you think. It is not in money, new car, looks, food, drugs abuse or even other people. Love is looking back at you in the mirror every day. All you have to do is acknowledge it. Acknowledge you. Love starts with you because Love is in you. You are Love. There is not a person on this earth that can love you, like you. So, from now on, every day, take a moment to look at yourself in the mirror. Not when you are brushing your teeth or combing your hair, but make it intentional. Just take a moment to yourself. Then, look into your eyes and say “I LOVE YOU.” So, for you, know Love does exist. It is not a mythical creature. It exists in you, for you and by you. Once you achieve this, you are open to receive and give love to others.
